“모든 사람에게는 되고 싶었던, 되고 싶은, 또 될 수 있는 이상이 존재한다. 그러나 현실은 그 이상과 완전히 일치하지 않고, 늘 어긋나며(offset), 그 어긋남 속에서 우리는 방향을 조정하고(offset), 끊임없이 자신을 조율한다. 결국 이상과 현실 사이의 간극은 성장의 계기이자 가능성의 장이 된다.”
